Globalscope member Allegiance Capital announces the acquisition of Insight Merchandising by Hudson Ferry Capital
DALLAS, TX - Globalscope member Allegiance Capital Corporation, a Dallas-based private M&A investment bank that specializes in middle-market transactions, announced today that it has facilitated the acquisition of its client, Insight Merchandising by Hudson Ferry Capital, a New York based private equity firm that specializes in investing in lower middle-market companies. Allegiance Capital Corporation acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Insight Merchandising. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Insight Merchandising, based in Grapevine, TX, is a leading provider of custom store fixtures and displays for premium, value, and specialty stores. The company designs and manufactures a wide array of visual merchandising solutions that use wood, metal, plastic, wire and extrusions. Their solutions often incorporate unique detailing and finishes. In addition, Insight also designs and manufactures fixtures and displays for retail vendors to strengthen and enhance their brand to create a compelling, efficient, and visually appealing shopping experience.
Hudson Ferry Capital was formed to make control-oriented buyout investments in established lower middle-market U.S. companies with enterprise values typically between $15 million and $75 million.
